3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Service

If we fail to begin or deliver the agreed service within the confirmed timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to us.

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally submit multiple payments for the same order, any duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

Service Not Delivered as Agreed

If the delivered service substantially differs from the agreed project scope and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after work has commenced.
  • The project has been completed and delivered.
  • Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or feedback from the client.
  • Results that depend on third-party platforms, including search engines, social media platforms, or external websites.
  • Services affected by algorithm updates, market competition, or factors beyond our control.
  • Monthly SEO or marketing services already provided during the billing period.

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before work begins to receive a full refund.

If work has already started, any refund will be assessed based on the amount of work completed, resources allocated, and project expenses incurred.

6. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services require time to produce measurable results.

Because outcomes depend on numerous external factors, including competition and search engine algorithms, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. Therefore, completed SEO and marketing work is generally non-refundable.

7. Website Development Projects

For website design and development projects:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable once development has commenced.
  • If a project is cancelled during development, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the unfinished portion of the project.
  • Completed websites or approved milestones are not eligible for refunds.

8. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order or invoice number
  • A detailed explanation of your request
  • Any relevant supporting documents or screenshots

Refund requests are carefully reviewed, and we aim to respond within 5 business days.

9. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing times generally range between 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

10. Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Unnecessary chargebacks without prior communication may delay future services and require us to provide supporting documentation to the payment provider.
